Wayne is excited to offer his clients the convenience and mobility of anywhere, anytime business management advice (yes, even after hours and on weekends). He is available to meet them in the privacy and convenience of their home or office to discuss their business situation and requirements. Wayne specialises in, but is not limited to, accounting systems, business structures including companies and trusts, and business management. He values his loyal, diverse and ever-growing client base and the trust they put in him to work hard on their behalf.

Having trained in Agricultural Research with a Lincoln University education, Wayne then spent many years self-employed in business including dairy farm ownership and as a Registered Farm Consultant in the Waikato, and co-owner and Director in a Special Partnership which owned a Bay of Plenty kiwifruit orchard. Engaging contract milkers to run the farm, Wayne studied towards an Accounting Degree at Waikato Polytechnic and worked on farm and business accounts with one of New Zealand’s big Accountancy Firms in Hamilton. Half way through his Degree course he graduated with a Certificate in Business Studies and returned to farming and consulting, working part-time at a rural accounting practice in Te Awamutu. Wayne also worked a short stint in the LIC’s Farm Software Services Division.

After selling his dairy farm in 1999, Wayne spent the next 9 years honing his legal and customer services skills as the owner of a Private Investigation and Legal Agency Practice in Auckland.
Having co-owned his first investment property (a block of flats in Hamilton) with his wife at aged 23, Wayne got a taste for property investment, and he continued with property investment, property trading and minor subdivision developments in Auckland and Palmerston North after moving to Auckland in 2000.

Wayne’s dedication and passion for business and property has continued, along with his drive for personal growth, which is evidenced by continued education at business and property seminars over many years.

Wayne established Business Wizards Group in 2007 with his business partner Karen Clark, to offer solutions to business owners who have benefited from Wayne and Karen’s many years of combined business knowledge and experience.

As experienced administrators and bookkeepers for companies and trusts for businesses, property traders and property investors, and with clients in a wide range of industries, Business Wizards has access to a significantly wide range of business systems, which enables them to research, compare and tailor the best possible solutions for their growing number of clients.

Wayne gets immense satisfaction from helping people achieve their goals, by providing solutions to their business problems or taking care of their administration and accounting, which enables them time to grow their business and enjoy their own passions.
